Please note we try to list all states, counties and cities with magazine restrictions; however, it is the customers responsibility to know their state and/or local laws pertaining to high capacity magazines. An order containing a high capacity magazine deemed illegal per customers state/county/city will be canceled without warning and a 10% Restocking Fee will apply to cover merchant fees, etc., and the remainder of the order will be process accordingly.
